Our Director, Prashant Bansal an Architect by Profession has more than 16 years’ experience in architecture, interiors and Valuation field.
His expertise is in complex Design and Valuation Assignments for the corporate’s and large entities. His experience in Land and building Valuations to ensure that our clients receive the best insights and advice.
He has previously worked in very reputed organisations of India, where he got a chance to work upon various prestigious projects like Hill House for Mrs. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in Shimla, Rashtrapati Bhawan and few others.
He also had worked on Mrs. Nupur Sharma Residence, Farm house for Mr. Harish Salve, Mr. Pradip Burman villa in Goa, and various others.
He had a strong hand in Building Design, Construction & its management. During the working her had got well versed in Property Valuation.
He is Registered valuer with Income Tax Department U/S 34AB & with IBBI (Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India).

Ramandeep Singh, is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Valuer under IBBI. He has worked in various capacities and roles across India, USA and Europe.
His background encompasses more than 10 years of experience conducting Business Valuations for purposes including Companies Act & Income Tax Compliance, Restructuring (Merger, Demerger, Slump sale), Fair valuation for Financial Reporting, Startup funding, Buy-Sell Agreements, ESOP compliance.
He has previously worked in E&Y and Genpact where he has developed strong knowledge in the area of Business Valuations, Intangible Assets Valuations, ESOP Valuations, Purchase Price Allocations, Goodwill Impairment Testing. He has worked across sectors such as Auto & Auto Components, Capital Goods, Construction Materials, Consumer Durables, E-commerce, Financial Services, Hotels, Industrial Machinery, IT Software, IT Hardware, Media, Metals, Power and Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Retail, Telecom, Transportation and Infra etc.
He is also assisting start ups and mid sized companies in Debt and Equity funding from Banks, Venture Capital, Private Equity Funds and HNIs through various investor documents such as Project Reports, Financial Plans, Pitch decks, Opportunity notes etc.
