PRASHANT BANSAL
Prashant Bansal, our Director, is an Architect by profession with over 16 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and valuation.
He has extensive expertise in handling complex design and valuation assignments for corporates and large entities, with particular experience in Land & Building Valuation. His multidisciplinary experience enables him to provide clients with practical insights and reliable valuation advice.
Prior to establishing his professional practice, he worked with reputed organisations in India and was associated with several prestigious projects, including Hill House for Mrs. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in Shimla, Rashtrapati Bhawan, and various other prominent projects. He has also worked on projects including the residence of Mrs. Nupur Sharma, a farmhouse for Mr. Harish Salve, and Mr. Pradip Burman’s villa in Goa, among others.
His professional experience encompasses building design, construction, project management, and property valuation, giving him a comprehensive understanding of real estate and built assets.
He is a Registered Valuer with the Income Tax Department under Section 34AB and is also registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
Prashant Bansal has also represented his organisation in India and overseas in connection with various court matters, bringing valuable experience in handling valuation-related matters and proceedings.

Ramandeep Singh
Ramandeep Singh Arora is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Valuer under IBBI, with over 15 years of experience in Business Valuation. He has worked in various professional capacities across India, the USA, and Europe.
His experience encompasses valuations for Companies Act and Income Tax compliance, corporate restructuring (mergers, demergers and slump sales), financial reporting, start-up funding, buy-sell agreements, and ESOP compliance.
Prior to co-founding the Company, he worked with E&Y and Genpact, where he developed extensive expertise in Business Valuation, Intangible Asset Valuation, ESOP Valuation, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), and Goodwill Impairment Testing.
He has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including Automotive & Auto Components, Capital Goods, Construction Materials, Consumer Durables, E-commerce, Financial Services, Hospitality, Industrial Machinery, IT & Software, Media, Metals, Power & Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Retail, Telecom, and Infrastructure.
He also advises start-ups and mid-sized companies on debt and equity fundraising from banks, venture capital funds, private equity funds, and HNIs, assisting with investor documentation including project reports, financial plans, pitch decks, and opportunity notes.
